1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is unavailable.

4. Tracking Information
Track your order via UPS using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Extreme weather, customs, or carrier issues may cause delays. We’re not liable for these delays but will assist where possible.
6. Damaged/Lost Packages
● Damaged: Contact us at breedbradj@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos.
● Lost: File a claim with the carrier first, then contact us for support.
